We offer a wide range of yoga classes for a variety of students. Whether you are
a long time yoga student or new to yoga, our intent is to provide the best
quality instruction available so that you can get the most from your yoga experience.
We also offer Pilates mat classes, Nia, ZUMBA and Ballet Stretch, which are a great complement to yoga.
Individual and semi-private yoga instruction is available, as is Yoga Therapy for those who have specific injuries and concerns.
